In today's episode, we discuss excuses. It's so easy to make excuses and typically we do this because it's comfortable. The truth is that it’s difficult to reach your goals and it's difficult to overcome your excuses. Take a minute to ask yourself, "What is one thing I can do today to overcome my excuse?" All you need is one thing, one small win to get the momentum rolling. If you can overcome your excuse once, you can do it again and again.
