We are surrounded by distractions. In today's world, it's easy to be triggered by something as insignificant as a Facebook post or an Instagram photo. When you are working towards a goal, it's so unbelievably important to keep your head in the game and stay focused on what's going to get you closer to reaching that goal. However, it still happens. We get off track. In this episode, I share my recent experience with getting off track and how I got my mind back in the game.
