Everyone has to start somewhere. Everyone comes from nothing. Yes, some people are naturally good at things but everyone has to make a conscious decision to start. Everyone is beginner at some point. Fitness is a huge part of my life now, but it wasn't always that way. In today's episode, I walk you through my fitness journey from McDonald's #1 fan to a bikini competition to running a half marathon. If you are just starting out, it's ok. I've been there too.
